Longlist of the “Golden Dziga” award

The Ukrainian Film Academy announced the longlist of the eighth “Golden Dzyga” film award. 50 works will take part in the selection: ten full-length feature films, 12 full-length documentaries, 14 short films, four animated films and ten TV series.

The list of films was published on the website of the Ukrainian Film Academy on March 25. Radio Maximum reports who made it to the award's longlist.

Members of the Film Academy have already started voting for nominees for the Eighth National Film Award, which will last until May 6. Nominees of “Golden Dzyga” 21 nominations will be announced no later than May 13. The names of the winners of the VIII Film Award will be announced in June 2024.
