“Diya” restores 2 more services after cyberattack on state registers

In particular, services for obtaining grants for one's own business up to 250,000 have been launched. UAH, per garden up to 400 thousand UAH per hectare, for a greenhouse from 2 to 7 million UAH.

Also, if you lose your job during the war, you can apply for financial assistance from the state with the service Obtaining the status of unemployed on the «Diya» portal.

Specialists continue to work on restoring services in «Diia».

The eRobota project was launched at the initiative of Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal, the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine, together with the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine, the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine, the State Employment Service of Ukraine, and the Savings Bank.

As reported by Ukrinform, in the application «Diya» records of birth, marriage, divorce and name change are available again.

As reported, on December 19, 2024, Russia carried out the most extensive cyber attack on the state registers of Ukraine in recent times, attempting to disrupt the operation of critical infrastructure. As a result, unified and state registers administered by the Ministry of Justice were suspended.

The SBU opened a criminal investigation into the fact of the cyber attack.

Vice Prime Minister for European and Euro-Atlantic Integration – Minister of Justice Olga Stefanishyna stated that, despite the large-scale cyber attack, all data that was in state registers was preserved.

As of January 10, the Ministry of Justice has resumed the operation of all main services  of the electronic portal of the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, Individual Entrepreneurs and Public Organizations.
