Distributed pornography through Viber messenger: the court adopted a sentence of Lviv resident

~ < P > This is stated in a sentence published on March 13 in the Unified State Register of Judgments.

< p > in & nbsp; case files say that in the period from 2023 to 2024 the accused stored and sent pornographic photos and videos to 11 members of the group called “Apostles” in Viber. Four cases of departure of prohibited content were recorded: in February and August 2023, as well as in April and October 2024. < P > At the court hearing the man fully pleaded guilty, repented in the committed, and asked for a mitigation of punishment. The court condemned him for three years of imprisonment, replacing him for a probation for one year. In addition, he is forbidden for three years to occupy positions related to IT technologies and dissemination of information on the Internet. < p > The sentence can be appealed within 30 days from the day of its announcement.
