Ukrainian chef Olga Ryabenko told subscribers a new interesting recipe. If you want to diversify traditional Italian pasta, then we offer you this dish.

An ideal option for a quick dinner, Ryabenko describes the dish.

Ingredients:

  • Minced meat – 350 g;
  • Breadcrumbs – 1 tablespoon;
  • Egg – 1 pc. ;
  • Onion – 1/2 pcs;
  • Garlic – 1 clove;
  • Salt, pepper
  • Oil for frying;
  • Onion – 1 pc;
  • Tomato puree – 120 g;
  • Water – 450 ml;
  • Cream – 120 ml;
  • Pasta – 250 g ;
  • Tomatoes – 7 pcs;
  • Parmesan cheese – 50 g;
  • Green onion – a bunch.

Method of preparation :

1. Add chopped onion to a heated pan with oil, fry.

2. Add meatballs, tomato puree, water and cream.

3. Add the paste, mix and bring to readiness.

4. Chop the tomatoes and add to the pasta 2 minutes before the pasta is ready

5. Sprinkle with grated parmesan and chopped green onions.
