This year, there was a media affair that shook the PAF: the altercation between the comedian Inès Reg and the singer Natasha St-Pier, both candidates in the show Danse Avec Les Stars on TF1. If we thought that the situation had been resolved between the two women, the comedian decided to bounce back on it in her new show.
If you were on the Moon when the last edition of Danse Avec Les Stars presented by Camille Combal on TF1 was broadcast, we'll give you a quick recap! In March 2024, An altercation takes place between two candidates of the dance show featuring celebrities. In this case, the comedian Inès Reg and the singer Natasha St-Pier. The incident took place backstage at the show when the Canadian artist called the French comedian a “little b****e”. To which Inès Reg made death threats against the artist who comes to us from Quebec.
We won't go over the many twists and turns in this affair. But if you thought it would only be limited to the duration of the season's broadcast, think again. Indeed, this incident is making people talk about it again or rather Inès Reg is surfing on it again.
While she is performing her latest show entitled On est ensemble, the one who clashed with the singer decided to add fuel to the fire after she had announced that she had turned the page. Thus, during a performance, a spectator was able to film Inès Reg settling her scores with Natasha St-Pier by covering and parodying one of her songs.
The comedian decided to cover her hit Tu Trouveras and twist the lyrics to adapt it to her altercation she had with her backstage at the dance show on TF1. While the original lyrics of Natasha St-Pier's song are:
Tu trouveras, mes blessures et mes failles
The ones I admit only half-heartedly
My missteps, my clumsiness
And more than enough love
I'm so afraid you'll leave me
Know that if I always do too much
It's so that a little bit of you stay with me, You stay with me
Inès Reg offered her own version:
You will find my wounds and my insults
The ones I admit only half-heartedly
My missteps, my “little slut”
And more than enough love
I'm so afraid you'll leave me
Know that if I always do too much
It's so that a little bit of you stay with me, Little slut
We'll let you discover the video sequence when Inès Reg motivates the audience to participate in this karaoke session.
