Pastry chef Lisa Glinska decided to share the recipe for an appetizing and lean cake with her subscribers. It turns out to be incredibly tender and tasty.

Friends, today we will prepare a lean dessert – CHOCOLATE CAKE WITH CHERRIES. Incredibly delicate, airy mousse, cherry marmalade and chocolate sponge cake. Be sure to cook and taste it, – writes Glinska.


Chocolate biscuit:

  • 100 g of flour (4 tablespoons)
  • 15 g of cocoa powder (1 tablespoon with a bitter)
  • 5 g of baking powder (1 tsp with a bitter)
  • 1 g of salt
  • 90 g of sugar (4.5 tbsp)
  • 150 ml of water
  • 40 ml of refined vegetable oil (2 tbsp l. + 2 tsp. Cherry mousse: 250 ml of cherry juice. li>
  • 50 g of sugar (4.5 tablespoons)
  • 15 g of semolina (1.5 tablespoons)

For the syrup:

  • 80 ml of water
  • 50 g of sugar (4.5 tbsp)
  • 4 g agar agar (2 tsp)

Cherry marmalade:

  • 250 g of cherries (fresh or frozen)
  • 15 g of corn starch (1.5 tsp)
  • 50 g of sugar (4.5 tbsp)
