China said that during the launch of its satellites

During the launch of a pair of satellites from the Xichang Cosmodrome (Sichuan Province, Southwest China), a flight anomaly was recorded, the cosmodrome administration reported.

About this said Xinhua News Agency.

Two satellites DRO-A and DRO-B were launched from the aforementioned spaceport. The upper part of the “Yuanzheng-1S” (“Long March-1S”), attached to the “Long March-2C” launch vehicle, carried two satellites.

The first and second stages of the rocket worked in normal mode, while the upper stage flight experienced deviations from the norm, as a result of which the satellites could not accurately enter the given orbit.

The cosmodrome reported that appropriate work is currently underway to eliminate the problems that arose.
