China Targets American Manufacturers military equipment

China imposes sanctions on 12 companies linked to the US military industry, as well as their executives.

China's Ministry of Foreign Affairs said that the sanctions will affect units Lockheed Martin, Raytheon and General Dynamics. The measures include freezing the assets of American companies in China and banning their top managers from entering the country.

Beijing said that this is a response to US sanctions and Washington's sale of arms to Taiwan.

US sanctions aimed at Chinese companies that Washington believes are connected to Russia. The communist government declares that its position on the war in Ukraine is neutral. But the West claims that China supports Russia's invasion of Ukraine.
