Captain America 4: Marvel Movie Script Leaked, And You're Going To Hate It

Stop everything! The full script for Captain America: Brave New World has just leaked online. Indeed, a Reddit user shared a possible plot of the upcoming Marvel movie. And apparently, it's not crazy at all…

Captain America 4: we're getting closer to the release

On February 12, Marvel Studios will present to its fans its new MCU film: Captain America – Brave New World. A fourth installment of Cap's adventures that will be a little different since the film by Julius Onah will focus on Sam Wilson, the former Falcon. The character played by Anthony Mackie has indeed accepted the legacy of Steve Rogers in the series Falcon and the Winter Soldier by becoming the new Captain America of the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU).

In addition to this handover, the feature film will also bring back many characters from the Hulk universe. Indeed, Tim Blake Nelson and Liv Tyler, who haven't been seen since The Incredible Hulk (2008), will reprise the roles of The Leader and Betty Ross respectively. In addition to these returns, Captain America 4 will feature for the first time Harrison Ford as General Ross. He effectively succeeds William Hurt, who died in 2022 after playing the role for 14 years. In addition to this change of face, General Ross will, for the first time, transform into Red Hulk, his alter ego in the comics.

The script has leaked

At the beginning of this October, Marvel would have retained two different montages for Captain America: Brave New World. These two cuts were then offered as a test screening. One of the spectators present clearly did not like what Marvel Studios offered him. And he took revenge by spilling the entire plot of the film on Reddit. However, we don't yet know if this is the final cut chosen by Marvel Studios, or if, on the contrary, it is the cut that will be thrown into oblivion. The film would begin with a mission by Sam and Joaquin Torres (the new Falcon, introduced in Falcon and the Winter Soldier). The two characters would be on the trail of the Serpent Societyto retrieve a crate of adamantium. In their mission, the two heroes come across Sidewinter, the villain played by Giancarlo Esposito. According to Reddit user , the interaction between the characters is not very high-flying and is punctuated by insipid dialogues.

After an altercation with some of the Serpent Society members, Sidewinter manages to escape. Faced with Joaquin's mistakes, Sam decides to send him to Isaiah Bradley so that he can train with him.

Sam, Isaiah Bradley and Joaquim are then invited to the White House, where they meet President Ross. The latter offers Sam Wilson to lead the Avengers. But the new Captain America hesitates to accept. Then, suddenly, Isaiah Bradley turns against President Ross. He and some soldiers in the White House appear to be under mind control by an unknown enemy. Sam manages to foil the attack and goes after Isaiah Bradley who flees.

Sam and Joaquin decide to investigate this case and discover that it is the Leader (Tim Blake Nelson) who is behind this plot. The duo later learn that Ross, extremely ill, turned to the Leader for help. The latter saved his life by exposing him to the blood of the Hulk.Like Bruce Banner, General Ross must keep his BPM under control if he doesn't want to turn into Rulk.

Sam and Joaquin then cross paths with Sabra(Shira Haas) with whom they decide to collaborate. The three of them go to Stark Industries where they meet Amadeus Cho, considered the best engineer in the company. Sam mentions something about Pepper Potts, but Gwyneth Paltrow is absent from the film.

Then, a war begins between America and Japanfor the possession of adamantium. One sequence notably features warships near Tiamut, the Celestial petrified by Sersi at the end of The Eternals. During this confrontation, Joaquin Torres is seriously injured.

While he is stuck in the hospital, it is Bucky Barnes who takes over. Bucky visits Sam, but only time of a cameo.

Then, General Ross realizes that he is being manipulated by the Leader, who seeks to inflame the war between the two nations. Before the latter can stop him, the Leader manages to get Rulk out of General Ross. Sam is then forced to face the Red Hulk. The two characters destroy the White House during a muscular confrontation.

Sam obviously manages to stop Red Hulk. Ross becomes human again, is apprehended and is taken to Raft, the maximum security prison. Betty Rossgoes to see his father, and Sam goes to join his buddy Joaquin, still in the hospital. The two men make jokes and make references to Wakanda. The end!

During the post-credits scene, Sam visits the Leader at the Raft. He asks him to collect some Hulk blood to give to Amadeus Cho for study.

A gateway to the rest of the MCU, since in the comics, Amadeus Cho also becomes a Hulk.
