“Blogger” from Chernivtsi received 5 years in prison for disclosing data about the Armed Forces of Ukraine

The Chernivtsi court sentenced a woman who carried out informational and subversive activities in favor of the enemy. This was reported by the press service of the Department of the Security Service of Ukraine in Chernivtsi region.

As noted, a resident of Chernivtsi, who filmed provocative videos and revealed the exact locations of Ukrainian military personnel on social networks, received 5 years in prison. The court found her guilty of spreading information about the Armed Forces of Ukraine. In particular, during one of her streams, she announced the exact location of the Ukrainian military, which could have led to a danger to their lives.

According to the materials of the Security Service of Ukraine, the woman was convicted under Article 114-2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, which provides for liability for unauthorized dissemination of information about the location and movement of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. According to the court decision, she was sentenced to five years in prison.

Measures to expose her criminal activities were carried out by the Security Service of Ukraine in the Chernivtsi region together with the National Police under the leadership of the regional prosecutor's office.
