Batman: These two famous adversaries will join forces in this future DCU film

The Batman universe is more fashionable than ever. The famous DC Comics superhero sees his little world flourish on the small and big screens; the latest production affiliated with Bruce Wayne, The Penguin, is even described as a masterpiece. Warner Bros., which owns the rights, is not going to stop there, since a new film with two cult enemies of Bruce Wayne has just been announced!

prepare yourself for this unexpected alliance between 2 of Batman's enemies

The bat man has something to worry about: it's not one, but two of his enemies who will join forces to make Gotham City tremblein a future DC-branded film. After the resounding success of The Joker, whose record for the highest grossing R-rated film in history was recently dethroned by Deadpool 3, Warner Bros. does not intend to stop there. If the formula of giving Bruce Wayne's enemies their own solo film(or in this case, duo) works in theaters, there is no question of studios not taking advantage of it. According to our colleagues at the Hollywood Reporter Bane and Deathstroke are about to be reunited on screen, thanks to a script by Matthew Orton (Captain America: Brave New World).

These two villains are evil. Ià previously appeared in the cinema. Bane is a bad guy who injects himself with super steroids, seen in Christopher Nolan's Dark Knight Rises in 2012, while Deathstroke is the mercenary-assassin hidden in the editing of Zack Snyder's Justice League (2017). For the moment, no director has yet been announced at the helm of this project.

After the solo adventures of Margot Robbie's Harley Quinn, Colin Farrell's Penguin and Joaquin Phoenix's Joker, it's safe to say that DC villains, and more especially those affiliated with Batman, are on the rise. Will the Bane and Deathstroke duo have the public's affection? We won't have the answer before a few years!
