Avengers Endgame: discover this incredible deleted scene around Iron Man

You probably already know it, but this deleted scene from Avengers: Endgame is making headlines again. Remember, this is the sequence in which Tony Stark meets an older version of his daughter. A touching encounter, shortly before the death of the armored vigilante.

Avengers: Endgame – huge success

Released in 2019, Avengers: Endgame concluded the excellent Infinity arc within the Marvel Cinematic Universe(MCU). A Dantesque, muscular, ultra-generous conclusion where the vast majority of the MCU characters found themselves in a titanic confrontation against Thanos' army. Directed by the Russo brothers, Avengers: Endgame grossed more than $2.7 billion at the international box office. It thus ranks second, behind Avatar,in the ranking of the highest-grossing films of all time.

And how can we forget the sensational conclusion of Avengers: Endgame? How can we forget the iconic sacrifice of Tony Starkat the end of the feature film? But what you may not know is that there is a deleted scene around the death of Iron Man. A sequence during which Tony Stark meets an older version of his daughter.

A deleted scene about Morgan Stark

The scene in question takes place just after the sacrifice of Tony Stark. The latter has just snapped his fingers and saved humanity from Thanos' attack. He wakes up, and finds himself in an intermediate world between life and death, between reality and dream. A world already introduced in the license, when Thanos meets a younger version of Gamora, when he snaps his fingers for the first time in Infinity War. This time, it's Strak's turn to meet his daughter. He finds himself facing an older version of Morgan Stark, played by Katherine Langford.

The two characters then begin a short dialogue. Tony Stark asks his daughter if “Did it work?”. To which his daughter replies “yes it worked. I grew up, I was able to live my life. I am proud of you”. The conversation, very touching, ends with the famous “I love you 3000 times”, repeated several times in Endgame.

This sequence was unfortunately not retained in the final cut of Avengers: Endgame. Too bad, because its emotional impact largely works. In any case, we'll let you judge for yourself. Here is the sequence in question:
