< P > Hackers create fake QR codes. If the code is scared, the victim account is attached & Rsquo; it is to the attacker's device, and all messages will be received not only by the victim but also by hackers. Attacks are often implemented through phishing sites that mimic Signal official pages or special programs.

< p > fraudsters distribute phishing invitations to groups, redirecting the victims to the harmful site that adds their account to the device controlled by the attackers. Fake invitations are placed on fake sites that look like official Signal resources.

< P > Fake Authorization requests. The victim is sent to a phishing site that mimics a familiar resource and is asked to be authorized there with a Signal account. And if the user just goes by link, fraudsters receive geolocation data from the victim browser.
