Another setback. Japan's flagship Epsilon S rocket explodes during testing

The Japanese space program is going through some tough times. An explosion occurred during engine tests for the new flagship rocket Epsilon S.

This is the second such incident in recent years, which cannot but raise alarm.

The tests were conducted at the Tanegashima Spaceport. A sudden explosion occurred less than a minute after launch, completely destroying the engine and damaging the test stand. The causes of the accident have not yet been determined, but engineers have already begun an investigation.

This failure seriously complicates the situation with the Epsilon S project. The launch of the rocket, which was planned for March next year, is now under great question. Experts say that it will take more than one month to restore the test stand and conduct new tests.

The problems with the Epsilon S rocket have been another blow to Japan's space program. The country has previously suffered a series of setbacks, including the lunar module disaster. These events raise questions about the reliability of Japan's space technology and cast doubt on Japan's ambitious plans for space exploration.

Despite all the difficulties, the Japanese space agency is not giving up on its goals. Experts hope that they will be able to fix all the problems and eventually successfully launch the Epsilon S rocket. However, this will take a lot of time and effort.
