Andrzej Duda moved into the Presidential Palace after winning the 2015 elections. Five years later, he managed to win re-election. Duda still has a few months of office ahead of him, and Poles have yet to choose a successor to the current president.

The election race has so far included Magdalena Biejat, Szymon Hołownia, Marek Jakubiak, Sławomir Mentzen, Rafał Trzaskowski, and Karol Naworcki. The latter recently had the opportunity to meet with Andrzej Duda at the Presidential Palace.

Andrzej Duda decided to share his thoughts on the candidate supported by Law and Justice.

This is what Nawrocki's meeting with Duda

On Monday, December 23, Andrzej Duda gave an interview on RMF FM. One of the topics discussed during the conversation was the president's meeting with Karol Nawrocki. The president recalled that some time ago he met with the head of the Institute of National Remembrance.

“We had a very, very nice conversation. We are people with a very similar worldview. The same issues are important to us,” the president said. Andrzej Duda added that the conversation was very relaxed and clearly indicated that they share a similar view of how Polish affairs should be conducted.

President Andrzej Duda's second term will end on August 6, 2025. We will most likely elect a new president in May 2025. According to the constitution, this must happen 75-100 days before the president resigns from office.
