We hope you've already finished your snacks, because Radio Maximum has found a new sweet recipe for you. This time you will need apples to prepare it.

Chef Olga Ryabenko shared with her subscribers the recipe for an appetizing Tart Taten with apples. She left the cooking details on her Instagram page.

This dish does not require a lot of ingredients and a lot of time to prepare. Anyone can handle an apple tart.

Ingredients:

Dough:

  • Egg – 1 pc;
  • Water – 50 ml;
  • Flour – 250 g;
  • Oil – 125 g;
  • Salt – 5 g.

< em>Or purchased puff pastry.

Filling:

  • Hard apples – 5 pcs;
  • Sugar – 60 g;
  • Cognac (optional, but tastier this way) – 30 ml;
  • Honey – 50 g;
  • Sour cream fat (30%) for serving.

Cooking process:

1. Peel the apples, cut out the core and cut them in half.

2. Put butter and sugar in a pan. Put apples and cook until caramel color.

3. Pour cognac and cook for another 5 minutes.

4. Cover the form with parchment. Drizzle with honey and lay out the apples, as in the video.

5. Roll out the dough, 0.5 cm thick. Cut out a circle according to the shape.

6. Cover the apples and wrap the edges inward. Make punctures with a fork.

7. Bake at a temperature of 180° for 40 minutes.

8. Cover the form with a plate and turn the cake over. Serve with sour cream and honey.
