Enough to get a taste of what humans may one day see with their own eyes from the inhospitable soil of this red, rocky and desert planet.

Several NASA rovers exploring Mars have made it possible to take a historic snapshot, itself composed of several photos. The view you see above is the result of adding 5 images taken during a short exposure to which were added 12 images captured during longer exposures.
