A woman who spread information about places where summonses are issued will be tried in the Rivne region.
This was reported by the press service of the Rivne Regional Prosecutor's Office.
It is known that in February of this year she created and administered a Viber community, where she regularly spread information about places where documents are checked and military summonses are handed out to men by servicemen of the RTCC and SP.
“Thus, the accused disrupted the process of conducting mobilization measures and forming a military reserve, as well as obstructing the lawful activities and undermining the authority of the Armed Forces of Ukraine,” the prosecutor's office reported.
The sanction of the article provides for a penalty of imprisonment for a term of 5 to 8 years.
