I wrote this song several years ago, after a guy dumped me on my birthday. Not a bad start to a true drama queen story, right? But “Smoke” is not only about parting, but also about the fact that we never know what is inside a person. You can smile, dance, release ironic songs, but feel absolute emptiness. That was the case with me, – says Masha Kondratenko.
