A guy was caught in Kharkiv who set fire to transformer substations on the orders of Internet curators from the Russian Federation

A guy was caught in Kharkiv who committed a series of arsons on behalf of Internet curators from the Russian Federation.

This was reported by the Kharkiv Regional Prosecutor's Office.

According to the prosecutor's office, since the beginning of November, the suspect has committed a series of arsons of transformer substations located in the Saltivskyi district of Kharkiv, as well as a branch of Ukrposhta. He filmed his actions on his own mobile phone.

Currently, police are identifying the people on whose orders the Kharkiv resident “worked”. As it turned out, the filmed videos were necessary to confirm the completed task, because the customers promised to pay a reward for each arson.

The attacker was given a preventive measure in the form of detention with the right to post bail. Now, an 18-year-old Kharkiv resident has been charged with intentional damage to electricity facilities in a generally dangerous manner and intentional damage to someone else's property by arson (Part 2 of Article 194-1 and Part 2 of Article 194 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
