Often we do not allow ourselves to succeed. After all, our negative and incorrect beliefs do not allow us to move in the right direction.

1. My wants and needs are unimportant.
2. My opinion is all that matters.
3. I am responsible for other people and their well-being.
4. My words and actions can make me happy or unhappy others.
5. I'm not good enough.
6. Saying “no” to others is bad.
7. People who say “no” to me are bad.
8. I don't deserve happiness.
9. I am mediocrity because I have not achieved anything special yet.
10. I am too weak (old, young, ignorant, stupid) to change.
11. This is all I have available.
12. I always have to fight and other people have it easy.
13. I can't stand the way I look and I can't do anything about it.
14. I have to do everything perfect and I have no right to make a mistake.
15. I've tried everything.
16. I can't learn anything new.
17. I'm not as good as someone else.
18. I not ready to change yet.
19. One day someone will appear who will make me happy.
20. Successful people do not know fear, doubt and failure.
