Ukraine was obliged to pay 13.2 million hryvnias in taxes for income. She received it from activities on the OnlyFans platform.

The amount of total income, taking into account the tax rate of 19.5% (which includes personal income tax and military levy), amounted to about 68 million hryvnias. Danylo Hetmantsev, head of the Committee on Finance, Tax and Customs Policy, spoke about the situation in his Telegram channel.

He emphasized the importance of paying taxes as a constitutional duty of every citizen. The Tax Service of Ukraine actively cooperates with international organizations to identify untaxed income, in particular from online sites such as OnlyFans.

The Tax Office continues to process the information received as part of international cooperation regarding Ukrainian citizens who are creators of paid content on the “OnlyFans” internet platform. Please note that paying taxes and fees is a constitutional duty of every citizen,
– he emphasized.

Hetmantsev called on those who receive income from international sources not to ignore legal requirements, declare income and pay taxes independently, to avoid administrative consequences.

One from the results of such work of the tax service – voluntary submission of a declaration by this citizen, who paid the relevant taxes after receiving warnings. Hetmantsev also noted that information about the incomes of Ukrainians on the platforms is available to the DPS, so avoiding responsibility for not declaring incomes is becoming more and more difficult.
