The Supreme Anti-Corruption Court confiscated a BMW car, real estate, as well as property rights to music and lyrics to 9 songs by Taisia ​​Povaliy.

This was reported by the press service of the Higher Anti-Corruption Court.

The Ministry of Justice filed a lawsuit against VACS regarding the application of sanctions against the singer on September 5.

On Tuesday, October 22, the panel of judges of the Higher Anti-Corruption Court satisfied the lawsuit filed by the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine against the People's Artist of Ukraine, and applied to her the sanction provided for in Clause 1-1, Part 1 of Art. 4 of the Law of Ukraine “On Sanctions”, the message says.

The court confiscated the following assets belonging to Povaliy:

200% Deposit Bonus up to €3,000 180% First Deposit Bonus up to $20,000
  • a BMW vehicle;
  • a device of domestic production for firing cartridges equipped with rubber or elastic metal projectiles of non-lethal action similar in their properties;
  • property rights to music and lyrics of up to 9 works: “I'll Embrace You”, “Love, Understand and Listen”, “Guardian Angels”, “Forever”, “I Just Want”, “Beads of Love”, “More Close”, “I'm flying far away with you blue”, “Good morning”.

In addition, the following assets, which may indirectly belong to the singer, were seized for the benefit of the state:< /p>

  • 7 land plots located in the Kyiv region, with a total area of ​​9.3095 hectares;
  • a residential building with a total area of ​​442.8 square meters. m;
  • household with a total area of ​​101 sq.m;
  • BMW X5 vehicle;
  • three devices of domestic production for shooting bullets equipped with rubber or similar with the properties of elastic metal projectiles of non-lethal action and hunting smoothbore weapons.

The decision of the VAKS can be appealed within five days from the day of the announcement of the court decision.

We remind you that the singer and former People's Deputy of Ukraine Taisia ​​Povaliy received Russian citizenship and took part in the presidential elections in Russia.
