If you want to eat deliciously and not to waste a lot of time – this pasta with meatballs is just for you.
An ideal option for a quick dinner, Ryabenko describes the dish.
Ingredients:
- Minced meat – 350 g;
- Breadcrumbs – 1 tablespoon;
- Egg – 1 pc. ;
- Onion – 1/2 pcs;
- Garlic – 1 clove;
- Salt, pepper
- Oil for frying;
- Onion – 1 pc;
- Tomato puree – 120 g;
- Water – 450 ml;
- Cream – 120 ml;
- Pasta – 250 g ;
- Tomatoes – 7 pcs;
- Parmesan cheese – 50 g;
- Green onion – a bunch.
Method of preparation :
1. Add chopped onion to a heated pan with oil, fry.
2. Add meatballs, tomato puree, water and cream.
3. Add the paste, mix and bring to readiness.
4. Chop the tomatoes and add to the pasta 2 minutes before the pasta is ready
5. Sprinkle with grated parmesan and chopped green onions.
