The Ministry of Social Policy of Ukraine, together with the Coordination Center for the Development of Family Education and Child Care, is developing a new digital system “Children” to simplify the adoption process through the “Diya” portal.

The system will use artificial intelligence to select children and adoptive parents, taking into account psycho-emotional characteristics. Deputy Minister of Social Policy of Ukraine for Digital Development, Digital Transformations and Digitalization Kostyantyn Koshelenko told UNN about this.

The innovative approach involves the use of AI for the selection of children and potential adopters.

The Ministry of Social Affairs and the Coordinating Center for the Development of Family Education and Child Care is developing a new “Children” system to digitize the entire adoption process, Koshelenko said.

According to him, AI will be involved in the process of selecting children and potential adopters. .

We also plan to implement this program with the help of AI, which will take into account the psycho-emotional profile. I note that we do not give artificial intelligence “for ransom” to make decisions, it only offers them and simplifies the work of “matching”, explained the deputy minister of social policy.
