This recipe will surely impress everyone. After all, it tastes simply incredible.

Ukrainian chef Olga Ryabenko shared a new recipe for an incredible dish on Instagram. Watch the video and cook at home.

Chicken liver and apples are not only a whole pan of useful vitamins and trace elements, but also a very harmonious duet.

Ingredients:

• Flour – 100 g;
• Ground nutmeg – ¼ teaspoon;
• Salt, pepper – to taste;
• Liver chicken or turkey – 500 g;
• Cognac – 2 tbsp.;
• Green hard apples – 2-3 pcs;
• Blue onion – 2 pcs;
• Brown sugar – 2 tbsp . l;
• Butter – 50 g;
• Oil

Method of preparation:

1. Add the nutmeg, salt and pepper to the bowl of flour and mix.

2. Roll the peeled liver in flour and fry in a pan until golden brown. The main thing is not to over-fry. The liver should remain pink in the middle.

3. Pour cognac to the liver and cook for another 2 minutes. Ideally, if you have a kitchen burner at home, then light the cognac and flambé the liver.

4. Cut the apples into 8 pieces and the blue onions into 4 pieces, put them in a pan, add brown sugar and butter, and caramelize until golden.

5. Combine the apples and onions with the liver.
