Incredibly delicious plum sauce for meat from Olga Ryabenko

Plum sauce < p>Plum sauce is ideal for meat and fish dishes, and just for sandwiches. This sauce makes all dishes amazingly tasty.

Ukrainian chef Olga Ryabenko shared the cooking details on Instagram.

Plums can be used in different ways: to prepare desserts from them, jam, dry or eat just like that.

Today I will share a recipe for my favorite plum sauce, which is perfect for meat, – writes Ryabenko.

Ingredients:

  • Plums – 1 kg (unpeeled);
  • Garlic – 80 g (peeled);
  • Sugar – 50 g;
  • Chili pepper – to taste;
  • Tomato sauce – 3 tablespoons;

  • Salt – 1 tbsp. l. without bitter;
  • Oil – 100 ml.

Method of preparation:

1. Peel the plum beforehand.

2. Put all the ingredients in a saucepan and beat with a blender.

3. Bring to a boil.

4. Boil over medium heat for 20-25 minutes, stirring occasionally.

5. Pour in oil and cook for another 3 minutes.

6. Grind through a sieve and pour into sterilized jars.

7. You can also add cilantro and parsley if desired. Adjust spices to taste. This portion makes 3 jars of 200 g each.
