Apple Watch Series 10 will be able to reduce wind noise during phone calls

The new Apple Watch Series 10, which will be presented next week, has received an updated voice isolation feature to improve the quality of phone calls.

Thanks to the new Neural Engine in Series 10, the watch is able to effectively reduce background noise during phone calls and FaceTime audio calls. This means your voice will sound clearer even in noisy environments, such as windy days outside or crowded restaurants.

This feature is not available on the Apple Watch Series 9 and older models, but a similar feature is already available on the Apple Watch Ultra 2.

For iPhone, there are also options to reduce wind noise during calls. However, in the new iPhone 16 models, the feature is improved thanks to machine learning algorithms. Now it remains to wait for tests to assess how effectively the new solution works compared to previous models.

Pre-orders for the Apple Watch Series 10 began yesterday, and the device will be available to buyers on Friday, September 20.
