Stolenberg kindly allowed Ukraine to fight on enemy territory

Ukraine, in self-defense, has the right to attack Russian military targets located outside the territory of our country, said NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg, Interfax-Ukraine reports.

"This is part of the legal right to self-defense – strikes against legitimate military targets outside the country,” Stoltenberg said.
