Ukraine defeated Bosnia/AUF
Ukraine's national football team defeated Bosnia and Herzegovina in the play-off for qualifying for the 2024 European Championship with a score of 2:1. The match took place at the stadium in the Bosnian city of Zenica.
Now the Ukrainian national team will play against the Icelandic national team on March 26 for a direct entry to the 2024 European Championship.
In the main part of the selection for Euro-2024 Ukraine took 3rd place in its group. The team won the right to play in the playoffs through the League of Nations as the third top team of division B among those that did not go directly to the tournament in Germany.
According to the results of the draw, Bosnia became Ukraine's opponent. The Balkan national team finished fifth in the qualifying group, but entered the playoffs as the second best team in the B division of the Nations League.

Euro-2024 will be held from June 14 to July 14. If Ukraine makes it to the tournament, it will be in a group with Romania, Belgium and Slovakia. The first game in this case will take place against Romania on June 17.
