Delicious and simple dinner: Hector offers to cook delicious chicken and sweet potato in a multicooker

Make yourself a chicken with sweet potato/stockking

A multi-oven or, as it is also called, an air grill is an insanely popular gadget in the kitchen. And it is not surprising that recently many recipes have been created for this device. Hector Jimenez-Bravo was no exception.

The famous chef suggested cooking chicken and sweet potato in a multicooker on his Instagram. Write down the recipe to please your relatives and friends.

I have a recipe for a very tasty dinner for you, which is prepared simply and very quickly thanks to the multicooker,
says Hector.

Ingredients:

  • Chicken – 1 piece;
  • Milk – 200 milliliters;
  • Eggs – 2 pieces ;
  • Flour – 150 grams;
  • Salt, pepper – to taste;
  • Paprika, turmeric;
  • Dry garlic;

  • Sweet potatoes – 1 kilogram;
  • Panko breadcrumbs – 150 grams.

>Preparation:

  1. Cut the chicken as in the video, cut off the tips of the wings and make incisions.
  2. Beat eggs, add milk and flour and mix to homogeneity. Salt, pepper, add spices and mix again.
  3. Dip the chicken in the egg mixture.
  4. Peel the sweet potato and cut it into cubes.
  5. Add spices, pour oil and mix.
  6. Remove the chicken from the mixture and roll in breadcrumbs.
  7. Place the sweet potatoes in the multicooker, with the chicken on top, and bake for 1 hour at a temperature of 180°.

You will definitely like the result. And you will have something to entertain your family and friends in the evening. Delicious!
