Ukrainian chef and restaurateur Yevhen Klopotenko surprises again with unusual recipes. This time he decided to prepare a seasonal dish from zucchini.

Ingredients:

Recipe 1:

  • Zucchini 250 g
  • Salt 1/2 tsp.
  • Sugar 1 tsp.
  • Apple vinegar 1 tbsp.
  • Oil 1 tbsp.
  • Garlic 3 cloves
  • Dill 5 sprigs
  • Sunflower seeds 50 g
  • Bread for serving

Method of preparation:

1. Wash the zucchini, wipe it with a paper towel, cut it into small cubes, put it in a bowl.

2. Add salt, sugar, vinegar, oil, chopped dill and garlic.

3. Let stand for 1 hour, strain the juice. Put on a toasted piece of bread, sprinkle with crushed sunflower seeds.

Ingredients:

Recipe 2:

  • Zucchini 250 g
  • Onion 1 pc. (small size)
  • 1 sweet pepper (small size)
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • Salt 1 tsp.

Method of preparation:

1. Cut zucchini into circles. Cut the pepper into triangles. Cut the onion into medium circles.

2. Place in a bowl, salt, add 1 tbsp. oil and fry in a grill pan on a tourist burner.

3. Put the vegetables on a board, chop them with a knife.

4. Add garlic, salt to taste, honey, mix. Spread on a toasted piece of bread.
