Frontman of the band O.Torvald and military serviceman Zhenya Halych and music producer Igor Kyrylenko released the track “Uber” about distances.

The song conveys emotion , which is familiar to every person – loneliness. Watch the video on YouTube.

This theme is common for musicians: because of the war, they cannot see their loved ones, so they decided to dedicate the track to these feelings.

They started working on the song with a simple hum to an acoustic guitar to understand its mood.< /p>

I wrote the text, picked up rhymes, and Igor was looking for our future sound, recorded various parts on all the musical instruments that were in the studio. Have you ever seen a guitar being played with a bow?, Zhenya Halych shares.

In the song, they wanted to preserve the intimacy, says Ihor Kirylenko: “How he picks up the guitar, rubs the strings with his hand, but then it turns into a flow that seems to embrace him.” The drum sounds in the song were actually made with the mouth, and then generated on the computer.

It's like a western, but a Ukrainian song, – adds the producer.

A clip was also presented for the song. sign language as a way of reducing the distance between people. Involve translator Yana in the filming, who taught the musicians to say “I love you” in sign language.

The video work for the song aims to emphasize how important it is to maintain emotional closeness despite the distance. Yana Sapetova, a sign language translator, was invited to the shoot, because art should be accessible to everyone – the musicians especially emphasized this.

The idea for the clip came quickly – we decided to translate the song into sign language language, as a symbol of “shortening” the distance between people, a symbol of inclusiveness, equality and closeness. I am very glad that we can raise such important topics in our work, – said Zhenya Halych.

Halych and Kyrylenko also announce the release of another clip about inclusiveness, equality, freedom, bullying and hate. It should be out next month.
