The head of state noted that he visited the Ukrainian military in the Donetsk region. He talked with the commanders of brigades and battalions.

"… these were detailed, frank conversations about our offensive actions, about supplies in troops, about the capabilities of the commanders, about what these capabilities are now and what they should be”, Zelenskyi said.

"An important topic is how commanders can manage personnel: motivation of soldiers, training of fighters, equipment of units. There are a lot of problems due to the low-quality work of VLK.
