He wrote about this on Twitter.

According to him, it is ridiculous when a country that is afraid to hold a parade in the Black Sea announces a course to dominance in the oceans.

He also recalled that on February 24, Russia lost 15 ships in Ukraine, “including the monstrous cruiser Moskva.” And this despite the fact that Ukraine has practically no fleet, he added.

“Maybe it’s better to immediately head for the“ liberation of Atlantis ”?” Podolyak wrote.

On the eve of Putin approved the country's new Maritime Doctrine. The document outlines “the borders and zones of national interests of the Russian Federation”, including the Arctic waters, the waters of the Black, Okhotsk and Bering Seas, the Baltic and Kuril straits.
