YouTube returns reward buttons to Ukraine

Ukrainian YouTubers will again receive well-deserved awards from YouTube. This was made possible thanks to the efforts of the Ministry of Digital Affairs and Google.

This was reported by the Ministry of Digital Affairs.

During the full-scale war, the delivery of YouTube awards to Ukraine was stopped. Ukrainian content creators whose channels achieved outstanding results could not receive silver, gold or diamond buttons. After the community's appeals, the Ministry of Digital Affairs initiated a dialogue with Google, and now the problem has been resolved.

From January 2025, awards will again be sent to Ukraine.

Who gets YouTube buttons

  • Silver — for 100,000 subscribers;
  • Gold — for 1,000,000 subscribers;
  • diamond — for 10,000,000 subscribers.

YouTube does not deliver awards to Russia, Belarus, Iran, North Korea, and other sanctioned countries.
