According to the cook, if you want the shrimp to be tender and not dry. Then the cooking time of this dish cannot exceed 10 minutes.

This dish is perfect for a light lunch or a romantic dinner. By the way, such shrimps are perfectly combined with pasta and rice, or can be an independent dish, – writes Ryabenko.

Ingredients:

  • Shrimps – 500 g;
  • Salt, pepper;
  • Smoked paprika – 1 tsp
  • Zest of ½ lemon;
  • Oil – 80 g;
  • Flour;
  • Olive oil;< /li>
  • Garlic – 3 cloves;
  • Juice of ½ lemon;
  • Fresh parsley

Cooking process:

< p>1. Clean the shrimp as shown in the video and dry with a paper towel.

2. Salt, pepper, add paprika and lemon zest. Mix and leave for a few minutes.

3. Mix butter with flour.

4. Pour oil into the pan, heat it up, add butter and flour.

5. Add chopped garlic and fry for 1 minute.

6. Place the shrimp in the pan and fry for 3-4 minutes.

7. Drizzle with lemon juice and add chopped parsley.
