Chef Hector Jimenez-Bravo shared its recipe on his Instagram. We guarantee you will like the result!

Ingredients:

  • Tomatoes – 3-4 pieces
  • Feta cheese – 80 grams
  • Pesto sauce – 80 grams
  • Puff pastry – 500 grams
  • Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Basil

>Method of preparation:

  1. Cut the tomatoes into slices.
  2. Place the tomatoes on a sheet of parchment.
  3. Place the chopped feta on top.
  4. Roll out the dough and spread it with Pesto sauce.
  5. Place the dough on top of the tomatoes. Moisten with water.
  6. Bake at 180-190° for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Turn the cooled tart over and serve.
