As Yaroslavskyi points out, making them is extremely simple and also quick.

What you need to do:

  1. First, brown the bread.
  2. Separate the apricots from the pits, add a little balsamic or apple vinegar, honey, and if you want you can add thyme.
  3. Add your favorite cheese on top of the apricot halves.
  4. Place the apricots cheese side up on the grill and cook them until the cheese melts a little.
  5. He takes the cheese separately with noble mold, added cream, olive oil and mashed everything with a fork (you can replace it with cream cheese with olive oil and you can add aromatic herbs – tarragon, oregano, marjoram)
  6. Grease the toasted bread with cream cheese, put fried apricots on it and you can also pour fresh honey on top.
