Yaroslava Maguchih brought Ukraine the first "gold" in the last 10 years ; at the world championships in athletics and for the first time in her career climbed to the highest step of the world podium. Maguchykh is the only Ukrainian athlete who won a medal (“bronze”). at the previous Olympics in Tokyo.
