Xiaomi has named smartphones that will remain without updates

Xiaomi has updated its EOL (End of life) list – it includes branded devices that no longer receive firmware updates. This year, “retired” 19 gadgets will be released at once, which will either be patched for the last time or will stop being updated altogether.

Who made it to the rating

The following models will receive their last update in 2025:

  • Xiaomi 11 Lite 5G NE
  • Xiaomi 11T/11T Pro
  • Xiaomi 11/11 Ultra/11 Pro.

To the list of devices, support which have already been completed, included:

  • Redmi Note 11 SE
  • Redmi 10 5G
  • Redmi 11 Prime 5G
  • Redmi 10C
  • Redmi Pad
  • Redmi Note 11/11S/11S 5G
  • Redmi Note 11 Pro 5G/11 Pro+ 5G
  • POCO M4 5G/M4 Pro
  • POCO X4 Pro 5G

Thus, the first version of HyperOS for a number of Redmi and POCO brand devices will also be the last. They will still be available to use, but their owners should not expect new features and fresh security patches.
