Investing.com – WTI crude oil futures were higher during the US session on Tuesday.
On the New York Mercantile Exchange, WTI oil futures for October delivery are trading at $ 38.36 a barrel, up 2.95% as of this writing.
The maximum of the session was the mark of USD per barrel. At the time of writing, WTI found support at $ 36.16 and resistance at $ 38.57.
The US Dollar Index Futures, which measures the US dollar against a basket of six major currencies, was up 0.06% to trade at $ 93.118.
In terms of other commodities traded on ICE, Brent oil futures for November delivery rose 2.52% to $ 40.61 a barrel, and the difference in price between the Brent oil and WTI oil contracts was 2.25 dollars per barrel.
