Russian UAV wreckage found on NATO territory

Russian attack drone wreckage has been found on the banks of the Danube in Romania, Hromadske reports.

The Romanian Ministry of National Defense reported that specialists examined the area south of the village of Plauru in Tulcea County, where the drone wreckage was reported. This area is located outside the settlement, so the infrastructure was not damaged.

It was established that the corresponding fragments were from the Russian drone “Geran-2” (that is, the Iranian Shahed), they were seized for examination.

It is unknown when the drone debris appeared in that area, but before that, other drone fragments were found in Tulcea County on September 9. In general, debris from Russian “shaheds” has been found on Romanian territory more than once.
