A new waterproof case for AirTag will allow you to forget about the annual replacement of a pill battery, the manufacturer claims.
The company ElevationLab has introduced a case for the Apple AirTag tracker called TimeCapsule, which, as it is claimed, can extend battery life by 14 times. This is reported on the company's official website.
Usually, AirTags require an annual battery replacement, which is especially inconvenient for people who need to manage many trackers at the same time. ElevationLab claims that the TimeCapsule case will allow you to forget about this problem for 10 years.
To connect the gadget, you need to remove the AirTag back plate and the CR2032 coin battery, then install the AirTag on the TimeCapsule contacts. Next, you need to add two AA batteries (not included) to the case and screw it on.
“Now you have 14 times more power,” the manufacturer said.
According to the company, the TimeCapsule is suitable for tracking vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, luggage, camera bags, backpacks, canoes, snowmobiles, tool boxes and other objects. It is completely waterproof, allowing it to work in any conditions.
