Invaders from the east of the Dnieper River continue shelling Kherson. This was reported by the British Ministry of Defense on Twitter.
As noted in the code, on January 29, local authorities reported the death of three more civilians in Kherson, as well as damage to two foreign ships moored to the river, which led to an oil spill.
According to British intelligence, Kherson remains the most heavily shelled large Ukrainian city outside the Donbass .
The exact rationale for Russia's depletion of its depleted ammunition stocks is unclear here. However, commanders are likely in part seeking to dampen civilian morale and moderate any Ukrainian counterattacks across the Dnieper River.< /p>
