While the lines between the virtual and physical worlds are blurring, there is nothing virtual or blurred about influence of one on another. When you're looking at your next set of resumes, pay attention to the details and the person as a whole, not just their last employer. “Gamer” is not something to be ashamed of. It can be a badge of honor that can tell you what a valuable resource a person can be – if you let them.
