Where Ukraine could have tested its ballistic missile: Defense Express shared a guess

Ukraine is likely to test a ballistic missile in real combat conditions.

Military expert Defense Express Ivan Kyrychevskyi believes that the test of the Ukrainian ballistic missile took place immediately with strikes on the Russian occupiers.

He expressed this opinion on the air “Espresso”.

“Fortunately, we do not know when exactly the test of our ballistic missile took place. And also in what format these tests took place. It is difficult to say whether we have a training ground today, where we would have the opportunity to covertly conduct tests of this type of missile. It is unlikely that our Western partners have test ranges where they would allow ballistic missiles to be tested. In 2023, the Russians often claimed that they had shot down the “Peregrine” missile. So, who knows , the test of our ballistic missile did not take place on the test site, but in real combat conditions. In fact, the test took place immediately on the occupants”, – suggested Kyrychevsky.

According to the expert, the creation of a ballistic missile is an important achievement for Ukraine, especially considering the difficult conditions in which the country's defense industry worked.

“It is very good that today few are known facts about our ballistic missile. This is good for us and not so much for the enemy. The enemy should not know what types of weapons we have in our arsenal.” emphasized the expert.

Kyrichevsky noted that the development and testing of the ballistic missile became possible even during active Russian attacks on the objects of the energy infrastructure and the military-industrial complex of Ukraine.

“The Russians beat on energy facilities and our military-industrial complex, and under such conditions it is extremely difficult to create a ballistic missile”, – he concluded.
