Israel attacked "Hezbollah" in Lebanon by detonating pager batteries belonging to members of the Shiite movement. This is reported by the CNN channel with reference to two high-ranking employees of the Lebanese security service. According to one of them, the method was so sophisticated that the explosive devices could not be detected.

"Israel carried out part of its attack on "Hezbollah" by hiding explosives in batteries of pagers imported into Lebanon", &nbsp ;– the publication said.

Another source noted that he was able to inspect one of the hacked pagers. He personally observed the controlled detonation of the communication device. The interlocutor of the channel explained that the explosives were “sewn” to the lithium pager battery. He admitted that he had never seen anything like it.
