When the AP-HP does like the IHU, it is ethical and without controversy!

In a new X-rated post, doctor Véronique Baudoux questions the relentlessness of fact-checkers and FakeMed on the publications of the IHU of Marseille, and their complacency towards those of the AP-HP “their ethical alerts concerning the IHU are based on a voluntary distortion of the criteria of French ethical legislation” 

Doctor Baudoux recalls that at AP-HP, azithromycin is also prescribed to Covid patients without written consent, all while using the ethical authorization of a another study. We thus find the same ethical authorization number (CER-2020-14-JOCOVID) in other very different studies: pharmacokinetics of Hydroxychloroquine, cardiac ultrasound, hormonal interactions, etc. 

One of these publications also mentions the ClinicalTrials NCT04320017 registration, which describes a collection of cardiovascular data on myocarditis and coronary artery disease during Covid-19. However, no mention is made of treatment with HCQ or Azithromycin. In the list of interventions, there is no mention of blood tests for HCQ. But it is nevertheless the same ethical number and the same registration number that are used.  

In addition, several studies reuse this registration number even though they deal with various subjects: cardiac adipose tissue in diabetics, critical encephalitis, EEGs, brain MRIs, lumbar punctures… so many examinations not declared in the initial protocol. 

Blood samples, including from healthy donors, are also used, while the “ethics knights” claim that including volunteers requires specific authorization from the Committee for the Protection of Persons (CPP). However, these studies are described as prospective without mention of such approval.

How can we explain that these publications escape any criticism while accusations of “ethical fraud” are systematically addressed to the IHU of Marseille ? If fact-checkers and other No FakeMed applied the same criteria, they should also denounce these practices of the AP-HP, no ? To date, no alert has been sent to the editors of AP-HP publications… Could it be because it is absolutely necessary to know how to target one's enemies… namely, to definitively bury Pr Raoult's fight for hydroxychloroquine/azithromycin and the studies of his teams at the IHU of Marseille ? 

After the burial of fact-checkers on social networks following Zuckerberg's statements, would this be the legitimate end of No FakeMed for the same reasons of collusion ?
