The Ukrainian chef decided to prepare baked ribs and vegetables. He posted the details of the recipe on Instagram.

Juicy, spicy, in a spicy sauce, with grilled vegetables – just the perfect combination for a delicious dinner, – writes Hector.

Ingredients:

• Ribs – 1 layer;
• Soy sauce – 30 g;
• Honey – 30 g;
• Paprika – 3 g
• Granulated garlic – 2 g;
• Broccoli ½ pc;
• Cauliflower – ½;< br> • Bulgarian pepper – 1 pc;
• Olive oil – 30 ml;
• Salt/pepper – to taste;
• Oregano/basil – 1 tsp each

Method of preparation:

1. Mix soy sauce, honey, garlic and paprika.
2. Remove the film from the ribs and brush with sauce on each side.
3. Bake the ribs in foil at a temperature of 130° for 2 hours.
4. Cut the vegetables, pour oil, add salt/pepper, dry herbs and bake for 7 min at a temperature of 200°.
